19 06 2007So I get a random photo sent to my phone from my brother, Andrew, today and it’s a picture of an antique Canon camera with the subject, “Want it?”… I initially freak out and immediately call.
He’s outside Atlanta at some antique shops and stumbled upon an antique Canon film camera - f2.5, 40mm for 8 DOLLARS. And he also bought 3 lenses to go with it (can’t remember the last three, but the first was a macro for sure) - for $30 bucks. He asks me… “Should I go for it?”
Uh, yes. No questions asked.
He bought it and is now dangling it in front of my face saying, “hmm, maybe I’ll just keep it.” Not. happening. haha.
…let’s just say I freaked out in the best way possible. and it made my day that much better.

This is how weird I am. I am not currently staring at the picture of the camera, trying to see similarities in the physical characteristics of the antique and the not-so-antique.
…and I’ve spot a couple lol.
